SpecterAI has successfully completed its Train-the-Trainer program, empowering three strategic partners to independently offer quantum security training in Vietnam and Singapore. This initiative is designed to ready organizations for the shift towards post-quantum cryptography. The newly certified partners comprise HPT and QNet in Vietnam, alongside Singaporean corporate trainer Edmond Tung. These partners will deliver SpecterAI’s Quantum-Safe Security Foundations course to a range of clients, including enterprises, financial institutions, telecommunications firms, and public sector entities.

This development comes in the wake of recent advisories from Vietnam’s National Electronic Authentication Centre (NEAC), which has urged businesses to brace for the post-quantum era. The NEAC has cautioned that the advent of quantum computing could compromise the security of current public key cryptography systems. By the conclusion of June 2026, Vietnam had issued close to 32 million digital signature certificates, underlining the magnitude of the impending cryptographic transition.

The training program offered by SpecterAI provides comprehensive guidance on evaluating quantum-related cybersecurity threats, utilizing Mosca’s Inequality (X+Y>Z). This framework assists organizations in determining the duration for which sensitive data needs to be safeguarded and the timeline necessary for shifting to quantum-resistant encryption methods. SpecterAI aims to enhance regional proficiency in post-quantum cybersecurity by enabling certified partners to conduct training sessions autonomously.

By fostering early preparation, SpecterAI believes organizations can bolster their resilience, align with upcoming security standards, and contribute to the growth of a quantum security ecosystem throughout Southeast Asia.
